DELIVERY COSTS

LARGE GLASS ARTWORK & SCULPTURE ONLY
Delivery costs depend on your location, and will be shown during checkout.

I can arrange for delivery to almost every country in the world. Should your address not be accepted at checkout, please contact me and I will try to find a solution.

Where possible, collection from the studio in Skelmersdale, West Lancs UK is advised.

The work will be professionally packed into a custom made export carton with foam internal cushioning to provide protection against shock and compaction during transit.

If you require help with installation, please contact me to discuss your exact requirements.

I am researching other delivery destinations and hope to open up this service to more countries. If there are any specific countries you would like me to deliver to please let us know by emailing linda@glassartbylinda.com

OTHER UK ORDERS
Within the UK, artwork will be sent Royal Mail: 1st Class Signed For, or by tracked courier.

OTHER US ORDERS
Delivery costs depend on size and weight, and will be shown at checkout.
All orders are shipped via an international tracked & signed courier.
This is more expensive, but avoids the risk of a unique piece being lost.
Tracking details will sent to your email address.
You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties.

DUTIES AND TAXES
Outside of the UK, you may be charged additional duties and import taxes when you recieve your package.

If you decide to refuse to accept your package, you are still responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges, and the cost of returning the package.

PACKAGING

All items will be securely packaged with a number of layers of bubble wrap, or other packaging material, and double-boxed if necessary to ensure that the glass arrives as it should, using recycled materials where possible.

 

PROCESSING TIMES

Most of the work currently listed on this website is ready to send, and orders will be processed within 1 - 3 business days.
